We store CRM installation identifiers and credentials, the connected X Pixel ID and server-side authorization credentials, plus delivery receipts. We process only conversion fields you map: email, phone, customer IP/user agent, X click/cookie identifiers, page URL, event and conversion IDs, timestamp, value and currency. Email and phone are normalized and hashed before delivery. Hashing does not anonymize personal data.
X receives mapped events under its terms. HighLevel handles installation and workflows. Vercel hosts the service and private encrypted storage over HTTPS. Credentials remain server-side. We do not sell your data. Up to 500 recent receipts are retained across the service, excluding customer matching fields and secrets; deduplication records last 48 hours.
Only share data you are authorized to share with required advertising consent. Disconnect deletes X credentials and receipts for that account. For installation-data deletion or access requests, contact support@patientdesk.ai. Revoke credentials at their source.
